Norm has been working in the Canadian automotive industry since arriving in Canada in 2009 — spending over 15 years on the front lines of car sales, understanding firsthand what dealerships and individual salespeople actually need to move inventory faster and generate more leads.

Marketplace Lister wasn't born in a boardroom — it was built out of frustration with the hours lost to manual posting, outdated prices on live ads, and zero visibility into what's actually working. Norm combined his sales experience with a deep passion for technology to build a tool that solves a real, daily pain point for every dealer lot across Canada.
