About U11

Who runs U11

Norm Murnieks, founder. 25+ years in sales and marketing before moving into building software, which is why every project starts with your numbers rather than your tech stack. In Canada since 2009, based in Vancouver and working with businesses across Metro Vancouver and remotely across Canada.

You deal with the founder from the first call to launch. There is no account manager in between and no hand-off to someone you haven't met.

Norm is on LinkedIn and Instagram.

What is live today

Seven products are in production, and you can open each one:

• Marketplace Lister: a Chrome extension for car dealerships that posts inventory to Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, with AI descriptions and price sync.
• FlowWrite: voice-to-text writing in any app, with translation.
• U11 Content Platform: generate, approve, schedule and publish social posts to Facebook and Instagram.
• u11 CRM: a CRM built from scratch for leads, clients and pipelines.
• Personal Evaluation: a free, anonymous AI growth evaluator in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
• NextMove: a free AI financial and life audit.
• Top Radio Vancouver: live streaming radio with an iOS app.

How the work runs

• Free audit first. A scored look at your marketing, tracking, lead response and manual work. You keep the report whether you hire U11 or not.
• Fixed price. You get the number before any work starts.
• Your tools, connected. Most projects join up what you already use (CRM, inbox, ads, spreadsheets, website) rather than replacing it.

Languages

English and Russian. The whole site is available in Russian.
